    i send mail to my bank char named "lolumad" before zethkur xfers happen. and i didnt know that my char name could be changed . guess i sent a guy named " lolumad" . pretty sure its not about addon or something else

    hello , yesterday i sent some items to my bank account named " lolumad " from my main char Rhoria . after sending items i logged my bank char and at char selecting screen there was a message that lolumad name is not avaible for my bank account anymore . when i logged to my char items that i sent wasnt there. sent lots of mining , engi stuff over 40 pieces but those are nowhere now . is there anything you can do about it ?
