So I started a shaman and decided to go with elemental. I understand that resto is the preferred spec by pugs and was wondering if shaman was the same as other classes up to 60. For instance I heard shadow priests can heal dungeons with shadow talents. So basically my question is will I be able to heal as ele or will my mana pool be terrible? Or should I just level as resto?

Im trying to find an addon that shows targets buff timers, health, mana, and cast bar on their portrait. Cant seem to find one. Any suggestions?
