Anyone know why is the PTRServer not opened? Been trying to log in for over an hour and it doesn't work.

Hello, I was wondering what are the ways we can give you Feedbacks? I guess by using the bug tracker but are there other ways? Do you need written reports or do we have to use any kinds of tools for that? If anyone can let me know, it would be very very nice. Fweezd.
