Hello community I have a question that I hope someone can solve. I am level 32 and I have equipped the Razor Arrow (lv 25). But when I go to shoot I will not leave. I have equipped the quiver for level 30. Anyone know why? Thank you,

Directly I appear the abilities in gray, it does not let me use them. The only thing that occurs to me is that I have to change from bow to one of more level. I do not know if the arrows are for level 25 is character level or bow level. Thank you
