我的账号由于战场被举报挂机被冻结了（接了个电话就被举报），已经10天了。中文申诉写了，没有得到回复。现在又写了英文申诉，已经4天了，还是没有回复。希望gm帮帮忙，能回复下可以解封吗，需要多长时间，还是被永久封号，谢谢

在control panel 这一栏里怎么看自己的账号状态 如果账号被冻结可以看出来吗？
