    Wondering about the +4 sword skill, does it still apply to glancing blow like it would with 310 weap skill ? Can't find anything about it in oto's guide or elsewhere. So all in all, is +4 weap skill still giving me a decrease in glancing blows like it would with 310 weap skill ?
