    I followed everything here: https://www.elysium-project.org/play, I downloaded DirectX 9 and the game still doesn't work. When I click on the game .exe nothing happens.

    Alright, problem solved. I restarted my Windows twice and the game started working.

    Running on Windows 8.1. I7 4790 and gtx 960 should be enough for wow? Event viewer shows no errors or anything for the wow.exe
