i have been gone for awhile and this email is the one i should be using for the game but when i try to reset my password for the game it says either my username or email is wrong when i know that it isnt wrong!!!! i dont want to lose my characters that i have worked so hard on

i resolved the issue by using an old reset password link !!! :D ill be back ingame soon !!!!

i have tried to remake the account with the same stuff and it said my username still exists and my email is invalid but yet it wont let me recover my password because when i type the same credentials in it says invalid username or password so i think my email is missing
