As the title says I'm having an issue where I am getting booted or disconnected from the server as soon as I load into the game world. I have tried different characters across different servers with the same result. I also tried deleting my WTF folder and various compatibility settings to no avail. I do get this LUA error message as well: So I log in, that pops up, and after about 1-2 seconds I get booted back to the login screen. Not the character select. Just to be clear.

I don't think it's Windows related, since both of these computers are Windows 10. WoW uses well-supported APIs so age is not really an issue. Thanks anyway, though. Hopefully someone with some experience in LUA or just the client itself may have an idea what could be causing the issue, hopefully the error message is helpful.

Not really a solution, but it does make it pretty clear some software on my computer is interfering with the program. The main difference is my laptop has an i5-7200U with the integrated GPU and my desktop has an nVidia card. I tried disabling Shadowplay and still got nothing. If anyone has some suggestions of things to shut down let me know.

Did all that as posted earlier. I did run the same install just now on a different computer and it's working without being disconnected, or any UI popup. No idea what on my computer could be interfering.

Still not able to stay in the game without getting disconnected in a second or so.

Thanks for the response. Tried this just now and still have the same problem. Could this be related to my hardware? I'm running a 1080 Ti with Gsync enabled

One final thing I just tried was a complete re-download of the torrent linked to on the elysium main website. The fresh client also had the same issue, so at this point I'm not sure what else I can try.

Want to add I went through the sticky and tried this: And still to no avail. I also tried using a hotspot from my phone, bypassing my home network/router, and got the same result.

Took a hiatus from the game until some patches rolled out and when trying to log in I couldn't. I ended up resetting my PW but still getting blocked by the authenticator. I have gotten a new cell # & phone recently and I suspect this is the culprit, thought I was able to scan the barcode from the e-mail first sent out when I added an authenticator. This resulted in a cycling 6 digit passcode but it never worked - again I suppose this is because my phone number itself is different. Not sure. Anyway, Please let me know what I need to do next to restore my account access. Thanks.

Thanks for the help there Hudson but it is still telling me I have an invalid code. Not sure why it lets me add the authenticator but the codes don't work. I'm sure it's for the right account and such because the authenticator has my account name on it automatically for that particular one. edit: just solved it, apparently I had 2 more barcodes to try in the e-mails. Scanning one would immediately change the code. The last or most recent barcode had the right "secret" or whatever it called it.
