i actually resets on when you spend mana, so if you clearcast or use a trink like "Burst of Knowledge" or reduce the cost to zero you stay within the 5SR even when you are successfully casting spells.

Was a good weekend for recruitment. We've got 14 friendly folks 50+ and over 40 on the roster now. We are still looking for basically all classes, c'mon and join the gear train.
