I'm stuck on "Retrieving Character List" even when server is online.

I can't get past "Retrieving Character List" on Nighthaven. If I go to the PTR realm I can log in and see my characters, just not Nighthaven. Also, on the PTR realm, I can see some of my characters have been flagged and I need to rename them. When I go to rename them, it says "Characeter Rename Failed" Plox halp!
