If I've waited in a line of 5-6 players for 2.5hrs to have an incompetent player fail the quest without letting anyone know and make everyone wait 2 more hours without any of my fault or possible recourse. If I assume that the player is incompetent and reset it for him because he didn't know what to do, I'm griefing. If the horde get angry about some alliance player who they think cut in line and the alliance player can't talk to them about it or settle it, then they just constantly reset the quest which makes everyone sit for hours. This is not fun or challenging, it's boring and frustrating.

The player keeps rezzing in the middle of a priest doing the quest and griefing the player trying to finish the quest.
