Havuc

For some reason I'm in control panel and it keeps saying it's invalid username or email address -I've tried multiple combinations (cause I have 2 different email addresses) What is best way to get ahold of someone to figure this out?

I collected the Scourge Data for the quest "Active Agent" but not showing the quest where I picked it up at (Betina Bigglezink) Is my char bugged? is it a known issue? how can I fix it?
