    patriot247 posted a topic in Help & Support

    So I decided to come back and play after a long break and I get the following message whenever I try to log in: "This World of Warcraft account is closed and is no longer available for use". Not really sure why my account would have been closed. When I log into the console on the website, it shows I have 3 characters on Darrowshire. Not really sure what to do. I did enable 2-factor authentication just recently, but i don't think that should have anything to do with it. Help appreciated.
