Thanks for the response. Ashe just posted on discord that they are now aware of the issue most NA players are having.

I've been trying to play since about 1pm server today. At first I could not remain connected. When I would log on everyone's name would be unknown, then less than a minute later I would disconnect. I finally managed to stay on long enough to make it to Dire Maul for some solo farming. The high latency is making it impossible to play, however. I have deleted my WDB folder, the config file from the WTF folder, and my game is not saved in program files. I have also reset my modem and router. I have tested my speed which is 130 Mbps and I have no packet loss. Is there currently a known issue affected certain ISPs? I have checked twitter, discord, and the forums but haven't seen an official announcement :/

Between the first and second server crash (the crashes that occurred after the server reset) I had purchased my 150 riding skill along with the epic mount. I rode the mount back into IF and then the 3rd server crash occurred. When I logged back on after the 3rd crash my gold was spent but I did not have 150 riding skill anymore. I did, however, keep the epic mount in my inventory. The odd thing is I purchased the riding skill BEFORE the mount, yet somehow the mount remained while the skill was gone. Before the first server crash my real life brother, Ghostbubba, traded me 250g. I also mailed 148g from my alt warlock, Brittstar, which is on the same account as my mage. I am really hoping you are able to help me out somehow. I don't know the process behind how you would handle this, but I also find it hard to believe with all of the gold sellers you catch that you aren't able to track where 800g of mine went to. I am trying not to be upset by this situation but it is very frustrating to lose 720g when it is not my fault at all. Please, I am begging you, do whatever you can to restore my account. I am posting this here because I have already submitted an in-game ticket and the GM there told me there was nothing he could do. After asking him if he could just restore my character to a previous state before I purchased the riding skill he said he was need to talk to the server devs. After waiting for his response he finally told me to send a PM on here to Whitekidney. I have done that, and now it has been 15 hours and I have heard nothing.

This happened to me tonight also except I did not lose the mount. The weird thing is I bought the 150 riding BEFORE I bought mount, yet somehow the mount stayed in my inventory. I hope they straighten this out!
