    you talk ez. but we sent ticket 3 days ago only 1 reply says: we need to report to the higher rank GM only they can clear dungeon. 3 days 1 ticket. That's ingame GM's attitude. Now 1 more day BWL will update. Will GM say it's new CD? We can't help? Last week cuz of serve down atm we FD nef. We loot nothing. GM told us you must have video! this time we got video and sent ticket on Saturday. Now only 1 reply as I said was told. GJ!

    hello elysium GM Our guild ( pact of shadow ) finish BWL1-7 last wednesday ( July 26th ). when we wanna do NEF on Thursday serve message let us stop and we stopped. Now we still haven't raid NEF ( BWL8 ) this week. We have full video of our BWL1-7 here: plz check and let us raid NEF. ingame GM said he can't help clear and need to report to the highest rank GM. Now still no reply and only 1 day for our raid. Plz help!!!
