1. The Horde/Alliance balance is about 50/50 depeding on the time. 2. Sorry I can't help you on that. No idea. 3. If Cali is in Colombia then I think 200ms is pretty good. I would have guessed more. 4. There is an addon called Questie which you may want to check out. There are no arenas in classic tough.

I don't doubt that others have lags but it's probably more localized than people think. Some people play with very high pings because they play from global regions. Adding some small server delays can really amplify those connection times. The quintessence of this is the same as it was back in 2004. Play on a server that is near you if you feel the lags are too hard. IMO there is nothing to do from the staffs point of view.

As a european I don't notice any lag most of the times. I really don't see an issue at all. I actually want to thank the Elysium staff for providing such a good wow experience for free. And I believe if people aren't satisfied with the current product they should move on. I think adding server queues is the worst thing that could happen. Please don't do that.
