I've tried restarting my router/modem on my end and I'm still getting > 2000 ms connection. I usually get around 100 ms when I play. --EDIT-- Playing on other servers (i.e. Elysium) doesn't mitigate the issue.

I'm in the same boat. I've had major lag issues since last night. I've done the above steps, and now I'm having trouble connecting. --EDIT-- The server I play on is Anathema. That's where I'm experiencing the lag issues.
