Hello guys, I am unable to restore my account and my characters as my account cannot be found. I followed all the steps as described, but still no luck. The account for the forums is still active, but not for the game. I have a confirmation email from elysium before the rebuild of the server as proof that I had an account here. Please help me get back online and restore my characters. Greetings, Gunjeen

So ive just created a new account with my old information and tried restoring my characters on Elysium realm, but it says account information is wrong.

I spent a lot of time grinding here, so please don't make me start again.
