So last night i made an account and tried to log on and it said it was closed, i made a post about it and people said i needed to verify my email etc but i never received one and was told to go to control panel and re send it. I tried and it wouldn't let me on saying 'something has gone wrong' every time i try to log in. I have even tried making a new email to make a new account and the same problem happens, i don't receive an email and it doesn't let me on the panel. Please advise!

So i saw on this forum the account closed posts and how people responded saying its a ban etc but i've literally just made this account and there are no characters on it so how the hell can i be banned before even making a character and playing the game? Any help would be appreciated thanks !

The account control panel seems to be down as its not letting me log in to try and re send the email as i did not receive one. sad times.
