I can't Get into my Account either I have not played for like a month and It won't let me in And My game stuff is the same as my forum account

When I was on my charcters Xanons and Llenn on Elysium I got the black screen out of nowhere making my computer unusable till I turn it off and back on then when I log back it auto goes to black screen.I have only had this problem when playing on Elysium any other game or wow i have played has not done this. I have tried everything to fix it Dxdiag edit, deleting WDB WTF INTERFACE , Reinstalling and uninstall.my 1.12 wow nothing seems to work

This has seemed to fix my Chars I noticed that I have to keep deleting these folders before i play but that pretty simple and seems to have worked. Thank you for your help.
