    Many thanks, I opened an ingame ticket to see if that can be resolved or not.

    Hello there, today I downloaded the client and logged on, made a shaman. Leveled it up to lvl 10 and then left the game. ( Loggedo ut ) Few minutes later I tried to log on again and boom, no character there. What is my next step and what do you guys recommend me doing?
