I'm a level 56 Troll shaman, and after doing a bit of research on ST quests, I came across Da Voodoo and it's rewards. I did the pre-req, obtaining the elementals, and yet, he had no quests for me. The game wouldn't allow me to speak to him after I had turned in the quest either, so I was really confused. I thought to myself: "maybe I'm too low level", so I leveled a bit and still no luck. I can assure that I've never done either of the quests that Bath'rah gives.
Perhaps the quest isn't in the game yet?
Perhaps I'm an idiot and I'm doing something wrong?
Whatever the case may be, I'm dying to get the Enamored Water Spirit
