Hello. I needed to install 2FA. but there is a problem. I installed the Google Authenticator app. Added account by entering a code from e-mail. I Chose the IP lock with authenticator. Then type in the box "Confirm the IP lock with authenticator" 6-digit code from the app. Answer: "The six-digit code you provided did not work. Please provide the latest one from the application." Update the code in the app and enter again with the same result. Time synchronization in the Google Authenticator app did not help. Help, please to solve the problem. Thanks for the help!

Hello. The client is telling me that my account is banned "This account has been closed" is the message I get. Aside from the ban, is 2fa no longer functioning or did I just hit a sticky patch? I really liked the security of 2fa so I'd like to keep it unless I can no longer access my account with it active. It was banned, or some problem with client? I didn't use buggs, or something like that. I obeyed the rules. I do not understand what I did wrong. .Thanks for your help!
