I'll assume by his forum picture that OP is a horde rogue, but I still want to add nuances for alliance dagger rogues, considering they have Blessing of Kings (+10% stats) available. As long as you have both BoK and the Spirit of Zandalar buff (+15% stats) active, the following items become BiS:
Back: Cloak of the Fallen God > Cloak of Concentrated Hatred
The raw stats of CFG multiplied by 1.25 make it as good if not better than Shroud of Dominion, which is considered "BiS forever". Losing hit to gain crit (CFG's agility) is worth for daggers, since you rely on "yellow hits" more than sword spec.
Wrist: Bloodfang Bracers > Qiraji Execution Bracers
The higher amount of agility on BB scales for higher crit chance, resulting in higher overall dps than the added strength on QEB.
Feet: Deathdealer's Boots > Boots of the Shadow Flame
Once again, the stats on DB scale at 1.25 (for a total of 51 AP) while the Attack Power on BSF (44) doesn't. The gained crit from base agility also overrides the loss of 1 hit.
Ring: Signet Ring of the Bronze Dragonflight > Master Dragonslayer's Ring
24 base agility x1.25 scaling becomes 30 AP. Could seem low compared to the 48 AP from MDR, but take into account that 30 agi also means +1 crit.
Ranged : Crossbow of Imminent Doom > Striker's Mark
This one is definitely the closest of them all, with the crossbow winning by roughly 1 dps (negligeable). You will be punished from not having both BoK and Zandalar. I personnally still use the x-bow for the added stamina, which I find relevant as a melee dps.
I will not touch the sword spec as I have not tested it in-game, but I expect the same changes apply to it, for alliance that is.
Every gear slot from the list above that I haven't revisited in my post are already BiS according to my calculations; feel free to add to this and/or correct me!
