After trying too many times of logging in, due too these constant disconnects, my account got suspended. How do I get unsuspended again?

- I also might have typed my password incorrectly many times, got caught in a mood

Hi! So apparently i have lost all my characters on my account after the Zeth'Kur transfer. I had a 60 druid and a 56 paladin, that i really wanna retrieve. When i log on to my account there is no characters at all. Do you guys know if there is some way to retrieve it? When i search for the names at armory database i find them, that means they are still existing right? Thank you
