But I don't want it to happen if in the future I sell something big. If this was the case, can I ask to have my gold back or something?

Hola, últimamente me caigo del servidor cada 2 x 3, o cuando voy a entrar, tras el login me hace elegir realm, y luego no puedo entrar en elysium. He mirado por otros lados pero no encuentro nada, ¿es esto por los cambios de hardware que van a hacer? ¿se sabe si va a durar mucho esta situación? Cuando emepcé hace un mes me iba genial, un poco de lag no me importa, pero hay días en los que me caigo del server sin parar y es cargante.
