Did you try to redownload the vanilla client 1.12 ? Save your WDB folder to keep any addon/interface changes. Sometimes you need to do a SFC scan, do some research on running a scan with the System File Checker (SFC) to see if corrupt files are found and fixed.

Hello and thank you for your work, I would change my account password, i used the button "send me the reset password email", it works well, go to mails, the mail is here with a token-based link, i click, redirect me to elysium and i arrive on the control panel /account/page without any form to reset my password. (if you need help to fix some bugs on the web site, it would be a pleasure). Quadehar
