Please some help, The quest The tome of Nobility for paladin mount q is bugged, i cannot deliver to Duthorian Rall. The quest consist to speak with him but i cannot do the quest at all. Please help and TYVM

Hi I cannot complete any quest anymore. Tried to delete wdb folders and nothing...:(

I am making ingame ticket but aftet logging the ticket is not active so i need to make the same ticket every time. Whats going on ? :(
