I 've watched a couple of videos and read some guides regarding BiS pre raid gear. Though most of them refer to the patch 1.12. Any ideas what is the BiS gear for mages in this patch?

Ok, so the the BRD AOE farming that is working on other private servers and has been working back in the day in vanilla, doesn't work on this server. Do I understand correctly? If so, is this a mistake or is it so on purpose? Also I 've checked the text on the video I saw, and the concentration talent is the same as the one in game

I am trying the AOE farming for BRD but the concentration talent doesn't seem to apply correctly (I have 15-20 minions stacked and I cast 5-6 spells and it doesn't proc once). Anyone has any feedback on that?
