Greetings, I come here in order to recover my account, since I didn't want to post the info here, my acc name is my forum name and the same email I used to register here is my acc's email. Furthermore I had issues with the auth which unables me to log in both site and IG. The number that is provided simply never syncs, I can't manage to log in regardless of what happens, could I also ask that the auth to be removed? I've been away for a couple months and I'd like to take off where I left. I'll be waiting a response okay? Thanks for the attention in advance.

After holding ctrl + c ctrl + v on the auth number I managed to log in on the WEBSITE. Now my concern is how can I tick off the auth system since I fear it has became a niusance I dont want to endure any longer and I fear being locked off my account forever.

Hi, thanks for assisting me in this mater. I have sent a password reset to my account, I did it previously already, but once I reset it and try to log in, I get stuck on the 2fa number inserting part and I cant get past no matter what. I wonder can you tick 2fa auth off my account so I can recover access to the control panel and in game? If you can't do it, can you link me to the place I should go in order to get someone to disable the 2FA Auth?
