First of all, thank you for the quick response. Just one question if you happen to know the answer, while I wait. Do you know what determines if the database data is overwritten making the restoration not possible? I did make a lvl 1 with the same name, did I ruin my chances by doing that?

I accidentally deleted the wrong character from my account. Is it possible to have this reversed? I really hope so because I put a lot of time into this character. Please, elysium staff!
