i was immediately banned for changing my resolution???????

I tried to use a rarr. opener and it didn't work. it all started when they made me use "MEGA" ill trywinRAR. anyother ideas as to why this is happening?

I've tried uninstalling an reinstalling the client 4 times now. It is not strictly the Elysium client but all clients. it continues to download as a "Rar." file on Utorrent; and keeps asking me to open it with a specific file, I.E notepad;windows player etc. I've tried googling it, youtubeing it, anything and everything I can think of to no avail. please help me so I can play this game. Thanks.
