Dear Elysium community, I need your help!
I was on a long vacation for almost 4 months and yesterday I logged in for just 5 minutes to see that my account and character still exists. I was able to do that, but after this first log in, when i tried for a second time, i was not able to do that.
On the logging screen it says that I am banned and should visit the official WoW site for solutions.
I have every information about my account that i need. Even requested a password change because i cant even reach my account control panel on the site, but the password reseting email never arrives. I have a gmail account.
Please if someone reads this let me know how can i save my account. Even if my warrior is just a fresh 60 character, i spend too much time to let him get banned.
