A GM just messaged me for the item ID and gave me the sapta but the server crashed and rolledback and not its gone.

Not sure if this is the right area but an essential Shaman quest is bugged for me. Ive had an open ticket for over 24 hours now. So yesterday I was finishing up my call of water quest for my water totem. I got to the last part where you need to talk to the minor manifestation of water and the server crashed. When it came back up he was not there. So I talked to Tiev Mordune in the area and he says all i need to do is bring him a Water Sapta. Problem is Islen waterseer who gives the quest and the water sapta doesn't give you any more Water Sapta's and if you abandon the initial quest you cant do it again to get another one. Some advice says you need a GM to give you another water sapta. Any help is appreciated. Character: Ouchtime Server: Elysium
