    I was able to get my password successfully changed, but it will not let me restore my characters. It is telling me "Wrong password or authentication rejected ". What can I do?

    I had to take a short break from the game (about 2 weeks or so) and when I try to log on it's telling me my account has been closed? Can I get a reason please? I've spent a LOT of time and effort on my 60 Hunter. I would be very sad if he's gone forever :(
