Yeah sure, randomly move some accounts and seperate them from their guilds and friends. Best way to do something. You can't just move players to a more progressed server. I wouldn't realy have a problem to play on a low pop server. I played on Zeth till it got merged. But it has to be a server with the same stand of progress like Elysium.
