	My wife's accountmanagement page on your website works but we cannot login to the game. We get a message sayying that the account is not active.
 
	After being inactive for a while, we tried to login again, using the wrong password for a while. Then we reset that password, which worked (quite fast even!). That was last tuesday I think. After that I tried to log into the game, but we get a message saying that the account is inactive. I tried re-sending an activation mail through accountmanagement, but that didn't work. We didn't receive mail although I tried a couple of times over the last few days. Wierd, because the password reset function work smooth like a ..well, really smooth :).
 
	Are you guys able to help her out? Note: I'm now not positing from her account. I'm not sure how to supply you with the required information.
