Nvm solved apparently was the email address.

As the title says i'm trying to get my friend into the game and hes trying to create an account but no matter what he puts in it tells him use a completely new username and password. Like he has tried everything from Randomized numbers letters characters, when it fails it deletes the password but leaves the rest any ideas? To be sure it should not be this crazy hard to make an account.
