Last Thursday September 21 I was Banned. It was very strange as I was traveling my normal route on the bus, I play this method daily without any issues. I think an explanation of the two different ways I play is in order for context. My normal PC is a desktop at home with a hard line connection. My mobile setup is my laptop connected to my cell phone. The explanation I got was that the Warden Software detected cheating and these BANS are permanent. I do not have any 3rd party software or have ever cheated in wow. I don't bereave my account was compromised as I have TF Authentication. I don't use any addon's that could have compromised my account. What I'm trying to understand is that nothing is perfect and I feel unjustly punished. Reaching out to the community to see if anyone has experienced anything like this? I placed two BAN appeals and got the same answer. I don't want to turn this into a witch hunt as the GMs have been very helptful and prompt in their response. Im just seeking to get a deeper understanding of what happens when the Warden Software Bans someone unjustly? Is it just something that needs to e accepted on private servers? I additionally volunteer to provide any additional information or evidence that there is no cheating or malicious game addons on any of my hardware.
