ok I logged on to lights hope and I only had a horde priest from the first nost that I didn't even transfer to elysium

Can I have my level 60 mage restored?! first time my characters were restored, it restored my characters from nost. then this whole mixup happened I just want my 60 mage back :( character name was Thedopeman

Is there anyway I can just get a 60 mage restored I remember exactly what gear I have I still need to progress through zg and mc :(

My account was banned and then unbanned but when my characters were restored it was the wrong faction and characters, even when I log into my account on the main site it says my actual character Thedopeman 60 human mage, I just wanna play this wonderful server but I haven't for 7 days please help a poor nerd out :'(
