    KarbonKopy posted a topic in Help & Support

    I haven't played for some months. I had an account with a 50 something warrior on Anathema as well as a 40 something Priest on Elysium. When I log into it, all my characters are gone. I'm not sure if I got hacked and they were deleted or if I am inadvertently logging into a second account. Would it be possible to have the accounts associated with my email address given to me?
