Frostbolter

Hi, I am an English player (wai guo ren) but I would also like to see text to communicate with Chinese players. Currently it comes up as blank. Any way to have Chinese and English encoding in the game?

I know it sounds like there is no hope since I cant even remember my email associated with my account. However, I remember the in game name of the character I played 'Frostbolter' would there be any way in finding out if this character still exists? I have since reinstalled Elysium WoW so I cant check the account details in the folder. Thank you for your time.
