I can log onto my account and I have my characters, but there's a major rollback. This then resulting in my previously deleted (no longer wanted) chars being restored, one char set back 19 lvls and a newly made char is not there. I have attempted the character restoration numerous times, but I get an error stating wrong password or authentication rejected. What gives?
