    I recently restored my main character on Elysium (60 human rogue) and finally was able to log on today. Come to realize my main was there, but level 57 and not 60!! And no gear at all. I figured it was bugged so I logged on and it was still the same. Somehow it didn't restore my character 100%. Please help!!

    Having the same problem. I can't login the website with my original account, and when I type in my email to reset the PW it says it doesn't recognize the email. This started happening after the servers went down.
