Cheers dear admins, any chance on getting a hint on when and how it will work ? Sorry to bother you ... checking all updates and stuff but still didn't find a solution ... even the "try up to 5 times in row" doesn't work for me ...

Cheers mates ... still the same problem: character restore doesn't work. Password restore tells me my account doesn't exist ... any ideas? And no: no special letters involved in my Accountname ;)

Hi dear admins, i can't get my accounts / chars back as it seems. I tried the recoverytool : Tells me my account / password is invalid. Tried the passwordrecovery : Tells me my E-Mail is not valid ... Any Ideas on how 2 get back? I could tell you several Characternames if that might be a help ... even the ones i created short b4 Servershutdown to reserve the names ... best regards
