Hello there I've tried multiple times using the correct password with my username and correct email address but each time it tells me my username and email do not exist. I've also tried resetting my password and that will not work either. I had to create a new account just to post this message but it's my other account I need assistance on. I know you all are busy but if I could get some assistance in figuring out what the problem is I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
