    I cant restore character in your restoration tool because Wrong password or authentication rejected? What i need to do? On LH i have 54 lvl char,but on ely its only 16.Try restore my character every day but everytime some error.So questions are: 1.Need i delete my ely character? 2.What i need to do that restoration tool start to work?
