even after the fixes and everything thats been going on i still cant recover my characters from my account. ive tryed useing the system in place for HOURS! but to no avail. everytime it just tells me incorrect username or password and i know for a fact that the pass word is correct ive gone through all the step and and emails and the recovery system still refuses to let me get my chars back. someone plz help im ready to give up on all of this.
