Ssyndrome

I keep trying to restore my characters, but i keep getting "Wrong password or authentication rejected" . I tried to change my password, but again it tells me smth along those lines(wrong pass or account). I am able to log into wow(my chars are missing ofc). I tried to look into these forums, for what people are suggesting, and nothing works for me, i keep getting that message.
